Is there 1 host site?

I've seen 50 different skins, 20 different background pics, 900 different logo packs and 200 different facepacks (give or take). Is there 1 centralized site to download all these from? Can OOTP.com host them all or too big? I would like to be able to download different team skins depending on who I'm playing with or check out the logo packs when I do a fictional league that expands, but searching thru all the posts on this board is a little tedious. Anyone know?

There is no single download site - reason as you suspected, you would need to much storage space. As a reslut, many of us post links to our own contributions and others as we can. BaseballSimCentral have a good choice, although mostly from last year, and OOTPplanet also have most everything except for waht's been done the last few months.
