Owner just re-signed player w/o me knowing

is this new?

it was right after an owner change, I fired it up today & received a message that my RP was re-signed (overpaid) with an email from the owner saying he had done it.

is this a new type of owner? will I have to put up with this as long as he is around? or did I miss a setting somewhere that gives me full control? I haven't changed anything.

I play out every game, made it maybe 7 years (all under Wilpon) & this has never happened before.

not 100% sure. i leave those monkeys impotent for this reason.

billionares are like royalty... they don't breed outside of a small group of families, lol. you can seriously trace it back.. it won't be long nbefore they have the same problems as the amish. (1/8billion genetic diseases.. maybe 2/8billion). 200 families reproducing with each other for 240 years. not a good thing in the long-term. the rich aren't as old as that, but probably same # of families right now. little more intermingling with common folk than the amish, i bet... but not enough.

Owner change in the offseason. I guess "Interfering" means taking control of all budgets & resigning (overpaying) players without my knowledge.

never thought I'd miss Wilpon this much.
