player out for year made all-star team, never played a game

so not sure if this is a bug or just something that happened because popularity plays a role in all star selection. But I think there should be a way to eliminate players who never played a game that year, even if they are the most popular in the league.

had a pitcher who is extremely popular locally and nationally, out for 14 months, never threw a single pitch in 1917 season but made the all-star team.

I guess for now I can try to prevent this by making popularity less important...

sounds like the nba, lol.

post in bugs. don't think that's ~normal ootp behaviour. do a quick search first so as not to make a duplicate.
