How can I manage more than one team?

I want to have human control for two teams at a time. How can I do that?
That way the computer does not simulate the game of my 2nd team while I am playing with my first team. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

create a new human GM or gm/coach whichver you want.

then apply to a job.. with comissioner mode on you can have your pick..

then you have to switch between them with "act as human manger..." (akin to those words in menu system at top -- click your current gm's name that should be visible at top and you'll see these options in teh context menu. creation is right next to "act as")
