Yes with a computer like that you should have no issue. Only thing I'm not sure is if it is a touch screen.

doesn't list anything outside 32/64bit..

it might be a bit slow on certain days of heavy processing (end of mil / sept 1 callups etc .. first day of offseason? ), but should work, regardless.

i have an old i7 (4 -3.4ghz) and it stops for 10-20seconds at certain points on the calendar.. it's defintiely processing a bit more than previous years at some point of a similar league setup. you should expect something similar or more likely even a longer pause on certain days.

that chip looks a bit slower than a typical i3 based on a rudimentary google search..

if it seems like it snags.. don't do anything. let it run, it isn't stuck. clicking and typign on keyboard with the ootp window active will not end well... (typing and working in another window is fine, unless you encounter problems, of course)
