New to game..no 3D animation or 1800's players

Title says it all.


The OOTP 19 game I just downloaded and started playing an historical exhibition game only allows 2D animation and no 1800's teams are available.


I must be doing something wrong.


Any info would be appreciated, I purchased this game mainly for the 3D animations and the 1800's teams were an added bonus. (I have other stat computer baseball games.)

I don't do exhibition games so I don't really have an answer for you but if you don't get a response here (this board is going fast), then try posting this in the bug forum.

It is hard to provide more specific help about exhibitions because I don't play them, but I would start by looking at the online manual which is available from the help menu in the game.

Edit: I checked and you cannot create a historical exhibition prior to 1901. However, you could create a historical league beginning in any year after 1871.

Just in case you haven't...make sure that you specify "modern 3D" or "classic 3D" from the drop down menu on the options screen before you start the game....it may be that 2D is the default, not sure.
