Well, I'm on the east coast of Canada, so we aren't exactly neighbors, but Portland was the 1st city I expanded my hybrid MLB to if that's any consolation.

Portland is one city in the US I'd love to visit but haven't been able to yet. How is it to live in the area, how's the climate?

Me too. Every time I've started a new 2017 MLB game on OOTP the first two places I expand to are Portland and Montreal.

I moved from Vancouver, WA last year to Colorado as I needed more sun. And yes, Go Beavers (2018 NCAA Baseball Champions). :-)
