How to practice player

Hello,
I am new in this game. I love it, but it is very complex.
Now my question... how can I practice my player to get better stats?
I cant find any menu.....

Ok, seems like there is no Training. So its all about playing!?

The training is assumed based on development budget, coaching hires, personality traits, playing time, and competition level. As a GM, you put the players in the right environment to develop.

Baseball is played almost every day for 7+ months including ST and playoffs. Dedicated practice is rare with the exception of early spring training. Stretching and warming up properly is probably more important.

Playing=training=playing.
