Scouting question

Sort of Scouting related - if Scouting is disabled, does that affect the setting for International Scouting Discoveries? If I have that enabled with Scouting disabled will there still be ISD's? Or does disabling Scouting make this option moot?

there will definitely be IAFA's and SD's etc.. those are seperate options located elsewhere, even.

unless it "greys out" or disappears from the setitngs you know for sure it's still active by simply looking at those settings. league settings- players tab? options? i forget exactly without the gui in front of me.

I understand where the options are located and which ones are which. Not asking about IAFA's - and just because something isn't greyed out doesn't mean it's active - you still need to make a choice in some instances.

well, sim out and confirm i'm wrong. however, i'll bet the house they are still made if those options can be changed and set to create them. i'm just not going to invest time to do it.

its just rational that it works that way. the scouting system is exclusive from player creation, unless it changes the settings options it's till the same as you read it. they wouldn't leave options available if they didn't work... it's consistent wiht out it works elsewhere in ootp and most any other program that's build with any robustness and common sense.
