Best Text to Speech (PbP) Reader?

I'm currently using Microsoft Mark and it's pretty good. I'm curious if anyone has a better option? I've used Ivona in the past but they haven't release any new American Male voices in a long time and the early ones are the weakest in their collection.

What's the best you've found?

Anything but Microsoft Sam. I'd rather listen to Joe Buck.

Up until this version I played on a Mac, and now I have a Windows machine. How do I turn on text-to-speech for the game? (It wasn't an option on the Mac version.)

Settings, Misc, In-Game Sound> Game sound + Text to Speech
