What happen's to deleted players?

I have started with two different(200 plus teams) Triple A Leagues.

I also have the current 2018 MLB(with complete minors) .

I have no intention of playing 2018 MLB(with complete minors).

I am only using it to cherry pick players and feed them to the current Tripe A Leagues.

What exactly happen's to the MLB(with complete minors) players after I delete all the leagues?

Since I have 2 Triple A Leagues remaining ,what happens to the deleted MLB players and the Minor League's players since the two remaining leagues are almost equal?

if you delete the leagues, the players fall into Free Agency.

If you don't want those players to "survive" you can first delete all of the players in that league and then delete the league itself.
