Promotions

I want to do a season where there are no promotions/demotions. Injuries are off. Is there a setting to not allow that. Or do I just have to be in control of that as GM?

no mil teams would solve that problem. you'll have a "reserve roster" instead and they do develop there, so no worries about keeping yougn guys there. i'm sure you can affect the # on that resrve roster through settings. some settings pages will show more/less options as you enable/disable thigns... e.g. if you disable draft, it brings up new options relative to creating players each year.

you can delegate this stuff, if you don't want to micromange and keep the MiL system intact.

manager's office -> settings or manager options - or similar syntax. can ask mil mangers or AGM to do anythign for you that you do not want to do.

beware of allowing them to hire/fire anyone -- coaches or players. Same with delegating trades
