Yearly Inflation

I remember reading some where a couple of years ago when inflation was introduced the game that it could get out of hand. To set up my MLB Association I was wanting to incorporate the feature.

I am wondering if anyone has used the feature. What are the upper and lower limits you use? Does it have a very great impact on your games?

Looking for some guidance.

I use -2% and 4% myself, it tends to create consistent growth without letting you assume that there will be growth in any particular year. I think it is a little slower that what we have actually been seeing, but I like the way it plays.
