Turning off Recalc in Challenge Mode

It does not appear you can turn off Recalc if you are playing a historical league in Challenge Mode. Assuming I did not miss something and this is true, I would suggest allowing that to be disabled so players can use the OOTP Development engine instead (give them the choice to do either one).

With the 3 year recalc on that actually makes it a little easier to trick the CPU in drafting and in trades since we know who is going to develop and who will not. If it was just the OOTP Development engine then things are more random and you never know what will happen!

Hmm, strange, wasn't it the exact opposite last year? I think recalc was disabled and you had to use the development engine.

I was able to check this in a new league I am creating. If you look really close, you can see that the box for recalc is unchecked. The fact that the last two options are not grayed out is confusing. Perhaps they are only applicable to the initial import of the player for the development engine. At any rate, it is clear that recalc is not checked - leading me to believe that it is off.
