Steam Activation for Pre-Order Customers?

Is there a way to activate OOTP on Steam through my pre-order Serial number? I'd like to give it a glowing review on Steam.

No, sorry. Unfortunately, that can't be done. Even if we could give you a free Steam key reviews from keys that aren't directly purchased from Steam don't count toward the game's ratings.
