OOTP5 Crash

Had this happen twice now...

The game freezes up and goes to a blue screen saying that a memory dump is now in progress. I dont believe that I have a memory problem since I have no other issues on any other application.

I am running an AMD system with 640k memory.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Whatelse do you have running at the time? What OS, etc?

I am running Windows 2000 and do not have anything running in background. It doesn't happen all of the time, the first time it happened was during a sim, but the second was as the sounds were loading for a played game.

I am running win2K and I have had it happen a time or two but really can't figure out what it is. Try disabling the sound and see if that helps. Make sure you have all drivers updated.
