Does all this detail ever get overwhelming?
All these minor league systems and detail, how do you guys sort things out?
I'm looking at my Mets and just dont know where to start! |

Based on your comment, I suggest you start by delegating management of your minor league system to the assistant GM.

Go to the Rosters & Transactions overview. Sort each minor league team by potential. Only the ones with potential matter. Make sure those ones are at the league level you think they should be. You can right click and select strategy, and set them to force start in whatever position you think they should learn.
You can also create a new shortlist if you want, and add all the promising guys to it. That will make it easy to check up on them. |
