3/22 Steam Release Time?

I see the countdown on Steam says the game will unlock in ~17hrs (either 12pm or 1pm EST) 3/22.

I don't suppose there's any chance that'll get bumped up to 12a (midnight) 3/22?

I'd love to be able to play tonight!

Saw a tweet by the official OOTP twitter saying 9am EST it'll be up
