Draft Order Tiebreaker
Hello All

Probably a pretty basic question, but, what is the Draft Order Tiebreaker for 2 teams that had the same record the previous season?

Actually that's not a basic question. I've never been able to figure it out.

It is based on the team's record from two season ago. That's why the Tigers (86-75, they had a game rained out and not made up) are picking ahead of the Giants (87-75) in this year's draft.

Do we know if this is correctly implemented in OOTP? And if so, what happens if two teams tie in the first year of a saved game?

I think this got in a year or two ago, so it should work correctly

If there is no history, then I forget. May simply be random between them, or maybe goes by their team id or name or something.
