Owner Goals

If owner goals are turned off does it keep teams from being rewarded by owners? Like when they give you extra budget, etc.

I have owner goals off, I have had my contract extended and budget increases.

Ok. I have our owners as can't be fired but don't want us missing out on something if it's there
