Different year players on same team

New to OOTP. Can I use players from different years on a fictional team. If so, how? Example: Howard from the 1967 Washington Senators, and Bosman from 1969 Senators.

You can import players from any year. Search the 2018 and 2017 sections. Search on "historical" or "import" You can use a text file to import the players.
