How do you delete Minor League Teams

I have independent Rookie-level teams that way too overpowered my league (one has an .818% and the other one has an .808%). The league structure screen is blank an can't import a league structure XML file.

(Is this an import from an earlier OOTP, perchance?)

Anyway, once you're in the offseason, you can delete those teams by going to League Structure. Their players will be released to free agency.
