What Do The Asterisks Mean After a Fight?

Cloud City brought in a new pitcher after a fight. Just wondering what the asterisks mean.

I think it’s to alert you that there is a new pitcher.

Almost certainly the result of an ejection.

My biggest question is why John Buckley from the batting team is chilling out in the stands with the fans.....

Probably eating a hot dog. He is 6'4 270. I just dont like cluttering up the infield with baserunners so i put them at the top. Also helps me see them better.

does it match up to a symbol used in the box score or elsewhere?

i would guess burke is right. especially if it only shows up the afer an ejection then goes away at some point... or simply on any recent substitution.. i really haven't played out a game lately to remember.

I think the asterisks are a futuristic look at the apocalypse. They signify small sample size when divided by a persons total calorie intake for the day. Often they can be ignored if you consume lots of vegetables and have a relatively normal fiber influx from eating lots of cereal. My back is said to be above average hairy, so I am able to add an extra asterisk to my game to compensate for wind shear and under cooked pork.
