Coaches not working

In my first season, I was listed as just the GM of my team, now though in my second season, it's saying I am the GM/Head Coach. But I didn't fire my coach. What is causing this???

Check your former coach, where is he now? He may have retired, or had his contract come up for renewal and you missed the message.
