I can't play or watch games anymore.

I hadn't played in a few months and now when I try to enter a game the controls become unresponsive while changing settings. The only button that seems to work is "Play Ball" but once I start the actual game I can never exit back out. The box score doesn't come on at the end of the game and all buttons become unresponsive. The same happens when watching highlights... I cannot exit out at any point. The only way to exit the app is through task manager at this point. Any ideas?

This was posted in another thread about a similar issue. Does switching to fullscreen do anything for you?
