International tournament during playoffs

When I play the Swedish Hockey League and it is time for playoffs my best players leaves the team and join the Swedish National team in some ****ty tournament.

Time after time I lose in playoff round 1 and it is very annoying.

Is there any way around this?

A couple of questions for you:

(1) When did you start your game? (ie: which version of the game?)
(2) What tournament is conflicting?

I know there was an issue with one tournament causing that to happen, but we may need a little more information to make sure it stops happening if it's occurring again.

I think it's the Swedish hockey games which are scheduled in March

This time in the cup final my top 4 playes leaves for Czech Hockey Games. Really annoying, its impossible to win something.

Also they left in the final week during playoff race.Sweden Hockey Games.

It looks like the problem is an issue with scheduling caused by a built-in Olympic break in some of the starting schedules. We've adjusted those for the next update.
