Team Pictures Not Using Profile Pictures

Forum member godmode raised the issue that the sleeves in the team pitchers are cutoff in OOTP18.

That's because the team pictures are no longer using the player 'profile pictures' as they have in previous years. Now they seem to be using the 'person pictures' instead. Is this intentional? Quite frankly, this looks like a step back. Is there anyway to go back to using 'profile pictures' again?

Here is a comparison to what OOTP18 generates and what previous versions generated for team pictures:

Andreas fixed this, but unless we release another patch for this year, which I don't think we're planning on atm, the fix will only show up in next year's game.
