Minor Leagues not playing games?

I am in my second season with the Indians, and notice that my lowest minor leagues are not playing any games, and don't have any scheduled:
AZL (rookie), DSL (rookie), A- and A.

A+, AA and AAA do have games.

Is that normal? Do I have to set them up somewhere to play games?

2. Has the league expanded at any point?

What point of the season are you in? Is their schedule empty all the way through October? You can manually add games from the League settings from that level edit league schedule in Commish mode.

It's empty all the way through October.
It's only the first month of the season for now.

I am playing in that challenge mode or whatever it's called where you don't have access to all settings. I cannot check right now if it's a possibility as I cannot access the game.

If you're still in the first month of the season (April or May), then the lowest level of minors (Short-A and Rookie) have not hit their "off-season" yet, so their schedules are not generated. I bet if you are looking at your team page, you will still see their records from the previous season. I want to say this will happen in late May or right before the draft in June, since their seasons don't essentially start until Mid-June.

One problem: if that were the case, the A level would have had its schedule generated by this point.

That's why I dismissed it as a possibility.
