PCM Standards

I am looking to create a thread for people to post there PCM standards for leagues.

Example, what would you set your PCMs to for the Cuban National Series? Japan? Korea? I saw some posted throughout the forum, but thought it would be cool to have a thread for it.

Cuba, for me it's now about rookie league, so .600

Japan is high AAA/low AAAA, so .875

Korea is high AA/lowAAA, so .835

China .770 (high A)

Mexico .785 (between high A and low AA)

The two key changes that have to be made before any game use is Cuba and Australia, as for some reason they come in at 1.000 out of the box. A bug that was never fixed along the way.

If I keep all the PCM's for the other leagues as they are, I might put Cuba at 8.000, same as mexico- but then edit 1 player per year to be eqivalent to Japan
Australia maybe the same as Italy-Neth 7.000 is fine

Cuba is tricky because after defections, there is nothing but A- quality left. The problem being that OOTP does not model defections.

The Dutch and Italian leagues come in around .500
