PCM Standards
I am looking to create a thread for people to post there PCM standards for leagues.
Example, what would you set your PCMs to for the Cuban National Series? Japan? Korea? I saw some posted throughout the forum, but thought it would be cool to have a thread for it. |

Japan is high AAA/low AAAA, so .875 Korea is high AA/lowAAA, so .835 |

The two key changes that have to be made before any game use is Cuba and Australia, as for some reason they come in at 1.000 out of the box. A bug that was never fixed along the way.
If I keep all the PCM's for the other leagues as they are, I might put Cuba at 8.000, same as mexico- but then edit 1 player per year to be eqivalent to Japan Australia maybe the same as Italy-Neth 7.000 is fine |

Cuba is tricky because after defections, there is nothing but A- quality left. The problem being that OOTP does not model defections.
