Add minor league team and players

I imported Brooklyn and Montreal to the 2017 season, but there are no minor league players or teams. How do you add the minor team and players?

Also, how do I import complete major and minor league teams? I might have did this wrong?

If you started a MLB 2017 season the minor leagues should be accurate.
If you started a fictional league with 2017 as your base with full minors then you would have to edit them by hand.
To add minor league teams for each of those teams go to league settings for each minor league level and add a team either through Edit League structure, Popular Functions or Available League Actions drop down menu.
