New, easily calculated stats for pitchers

Please add strikeout percentage (K/batters faced), walk percentage (BB/batters faced) and K-BB%

These are generally more accepted stats than K/9, BB/9 and K/BB these days and they are easily calculated by the stats already available in game, so it shouldn't be a big pain to add.
