News item re:trade shows raw HTML code

A trade between two AI teams was just reported in my news feed with raw HTML code for the links to the player names and team names. It's the 10th year of this sim and I haven't seen this happen previously.

Can you give me some of the text of the message, or a screenshot? That'll let me see if something's broken in the message itself, or the text string passed to it.

...but for some reason the button to allow me to add an attachment isn't showing up, even though my posting rules say I'm supposed to be able to do that. So here's a transcription of the text:

Hmm, looks like something may have gone wrong with a formatting change a few weeks ago, I'll revert that back.
