Game Crashes while clicking "finish today"--Problem still exists

After finishing that season, the same problem happens in the off season. Whenever I clicked "finishing today", game crashes. I know it is the "Jim Unknown Issue", so I deleted many leagues, but the Jim Unknown people keep appearing in other leagues, including the mlb. I tried to "delete all managers" at the league and fill with fictional managers, but several days later Jim Unknown showed up again.

I wonder how to prevent Jim Unknown from being managers. The thing is that its appearance seems to be contagious lol. Once I deleted a league, it appeared in another.
