No players showing up in AFL

I commish-sim a league that includes an Arizona Fall League. I personally selected the rosters for the team and now that I've checked them a few days before it's scheduled to start none of the players are showing up... Any ideas?

didn't know we can determine who can play or prevent them from playing in the Arizona fall league

There's a few steps to tournament rosters. You select them before it begins, but the players won't actually show up on the teams until the tournament start day. I would suggest checking again on the tournament start day, and seeing if they show up. Or if you would like more time to set lineups and such, you can move the "Season Begins" event for the tournament a few days before the first games, and the players should go on loan at that time.
