Possible bug

I'm only a few days into the current season (2017) but I seem to have lost the ability to assign scouts. I can click on the "assign scout" button, but my scout list doesn't appear. Bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Are all your scouts already assigned?

No, not all of them. Is there a screen that shows current scouting assignments?

Yup, on the Team menu, the Scouting link will list all your scouts and their assignments.

Any changes to the way scouts are assigned this year? Specifically, can we make the assignment permanent?

One big one: you can set assignments to permanent now, so you don't have to go back every few months to re-assign guys when they're done with their current task.
