Automatic player creation

In a fictional league, if you put a team in a country does that have any influence on creating prospects from that country? For example, if there are no players from Argentina, but then you put a team there would you expect to see players from Argentina soon?

that's all per league... settings.

e.g. if you turn off the draft, there's a new checkbox/option that simply fills league each year with X # of players etc... and, if oyu turn that off too, you will run out of players, so a little thought is required.

it's upto you how that league gets filled. simply enable/disable draft etc. as far as where those players come from, that's also in the settings for Players. change %'s etc as you like/need for that league.

*drop-down box in settings pages allow you to change from one league to another. any ML or top-level league should have those options. MiL associated with those MLs will not, of course.
