Rule 5 draft issue

I am noticing something weird in my league. I was preparing for the Rule 5 draft and saw that it showed players that were only drafted in the last year or 2 were eligible for the Rule 5. It should be only after 3 or 4 years before I would have to worry about putting a player on the 40 man. Has anyone else noticed this pop up in their league.

Btw, I am playing a standard 2017 MLB franchise, in my 3rd season.

Pro service is wrong for some players in the quickstart. There's unfortunately no way to fix it.

I'm not sure that it is a pro service time issue in my league. I am seeing several players with less than one year service time in the Rule 5 draft pool.
