Tournaments re: second nationality

Two tournaments are running simultaneously. There's a player who has dual nationality, and is playing in both tournaments. How? OOTP!

If a player was selected to a roster of one tournament team, he shouldn't be able to play on another tournament team. Simple, right?
Well...real-life rules state (rules vary among different sports) that if a player plays for one national team, he is either ineligible for a second national team, or must wait a period of time to play for that second national team.
I don't expect OOTP 19 to enforce those rules. However: I would hope it's possible that, if a player has dual nationality, he can only be selected to one national team at a time...
