More Dynamic and Interesting GMs

It is time to take the GM feature further. It was a great first step to give GMs names and give them sliders.

The next step is to allow GMs individualized comments that reflect their sensibilities. So instead of saying "you are close it is almost alright", a gm that is planning for the future, might say "add another prospect and you got a deal" or if he needs to win now he might say "add a starting infielder and you got a deal"

Also, I don't think their sliders should be static. Going back to my previous example, a GM that is rebuilding should have his slider be more towards favor prospects. As the team gets better, and he feels like he is one piece away then the slider can shift towards veterans.

I believe these two changes would add another dimension to the game and would help further differentiate the teams and gms when you are in trading mode.
