Allow Regions to be selected in Sub-Leagues

Hello,

I apologize if this thread has been made before, but it was just a thought I had today.

Is it possible for the region to be placed in the sub-league instead of the main league, or at least allow an option for it?

For example, the Ohio State/Michigan rivalry, this would allow one sub-league to have their teams based in Ohio, while the other generates teams based in Michigan, because as it stands, you can only choose one or the other for an entire league, or settle for like mideast of the US. This would also allow things like New York/Boston leagues, if you like to keep everything local and just have an independent league to settle one big rivalry.

I'm not sure the difficulty that would go into setting this up, but it was just a thought I had.
