File won't load after DH injury bug

So there's a really fun 'feature' that I've found when playing out each game. If the DH gets injured for the last out of the inning, you can't replace him with another DH. You have to sub out your pitcher or you have to force-close the game.

This has happened to me twice now in OOTP18, the first time I didn't realize what was happening and wound up subbing my pitcher after the top of the 1st(he hadn't pitched yet). This time, I knew I had recently auto-saved so I killed the process in Task Manager. I went back in and tried to load the file but now it hangs and won't load.

Hopefully this bug can get fixed and the file corrected(now in my 10th season at the helm).

Good news!

After leaving the file alone for 5 minutes to load it eventually pushed through whatever was hanging it up.

The bug that causes the DH to not be replaced by a DH at the end of an inning will still be an issue though.
