How do you tear your quad playing hide and seek?

Not questioning the validity of the injury as I'm sure someone somewhere in some sport has, but... how?

Well, the game also mimics the lies that are told to cover up incredibly embarassing and bone-headed behaviour that results in injury

zumaya hurt his wrist? playing guitar hero and his shoulder because a box fell on it. career over... never the same again.

most plausible reality: both involved some large quantities of alcohol and incredibly stupid people and/or too many overgrown children.
