First is improving the compensation picks system for free agency, specifically adding in qualifying offers. Secondly, I think adding team/player options into contracts would be a very welcome addition and is probably fairly do-able. 2. WAR: WAR (aka Wins Above Replacement) is one of the best and most overarching stats. This is one stat in particular I've always hoped could be added to MLB Manager
