Prize Money

Would like to have the option to add prize money to the leagues in place of all other revenue for teams. Example, $2,000,000 per win. When a team wins a game, $2 million would be added to their Cash Balance, $0 for the losing team (an amount we can assign).

Would apply this to a league structure similar to the English Premier League. Would remove the draft. Teams finishing higher in the standings would be rewarded with more money (as in the EPL). Instead of penalized teams with better records (ie, lower draft picks in MLB). Anti-parity.

Would like to have the following options for Prize Money that we can assign to the leagues - default would be $0:

- $ amount per Win (regular season games)
- $ amount per Loss (regular season games)
- $ amount based on league finish
- $ amount for each round of the playoffs and world series, winner's share and loser's share.
- $ amount for League Association games/playoffs, winner's share and loser's share.
