Update CSV Exports for New Features

Please update the players_contract and associated csv exports to include information on the new features (player opt-outs and the ability to retain salary in trades).

Yes, my league makes use of the sql exports and this would be great to have.

While we're talking about exports I would like to see players_game_fielding_stats as part of the csv and sql exports

While we're at it, please add a salary history table to exports. It's murder trying to decode player salaries now, and even then it's only salary for current contract.

I'm glad I came back and checked this because I was going to post the same thing.

I would also love to see players transaction history exported, i want to track promotions, demotions, and being released from a team as well.

I think Vesting Option Criteria as well as an update to the players_awards export to show who won and who came second/third would be valuable too.

You can check league_history for MVP, Cy Young, ROTY winners but Reliever of the Year is only in the players_awards table and it doesn't give you the order of finish.
