They found another issue, new HotFix coming later today sometime (will probably link it in that same post), seems they took the current HotFix down in the meantime. Markus stated this in red at the top of the current HotFix post.

I've been saying this for years, make patches beta for a week or so, if it's stable then make it official... but nooooooo.

Hmmm, this should be interesting. So, when I left for work this morning my game was updating(hotfix) on Steam. Then the second hotfix was announced for later today. If released before I get home, I figure it will be queued for install. So what happens when the two hotfixes collide?

Nothing bad, the second just installs over the first.

Both hotfixes face off and the stronger of the two declares itself champion and thus the hotfix that you will be forced to use.

They maybe should put it in Drafted by Teams with both Past and Present guys in it.
