Most losses in a row

What's the most you've seen? I just noticed a team in my league is currently riding a 23 game losing streak. Ouch...

One of my own minor league affiliates lost a similar number of games in a row earlier this year.* Best as I could tell, my pitching was a combination of bad, and unlucky. I think I posted in here asking about league BABIP settings because all of my pitchers had BABIPs above .300 and most had BABIPs above .350 if not .400. I eventually fired the affiliate's pitching coaches and splurged for a better one, which seemed to do the trick because the affiliate started playing .500 ball from the point of the firing. Either changing the pitching coach seemed to do the trick, or he benefited from the staff regressing back to the mean.

*My game crashed during one of the updates and I ended up doing a complete uninstall/reinstall so I lost my saved game where this happened.

New York Knights once lost 25 in a row in one of my fictional leagues several seasons ago. They fired their manager, who'd won two championships with them previously, about 20 games into it IIRC.

Is there a way to look up longest win or loss streaks?

Not a pure losing streak, but I just had a team rip off 12 straight wins to get a 3 game lead in their division. However, they then lost the next 11 and are now 3 back.

What a topsy turvy month.

Has anyone done an analysis on how prone to streaks OOTP is relative to real MLB? I know there are sometimes epic streaks in real life but the streakiness feel crazy. Normally this doesn't become obvious if you just look at overall season stats in OOTP. But I haven't done the analysis myself so curious if anyone else has?
