"hit for the cycle" error?

Am I the only one with the announcer noting a potential "hit for the cycle" when someone only has 2 hits? I've been seeing this a lot in my dynasty where I play every game out. I'm using the Steam version, and have checked for updates.

Zobrist has only batted twice; hitting a cycle would be a really neat trick if he hits a home run in his 3rd at bat.

No, you're not. This bug has been reported multiple times. It'll be fixed in the next patch.
