Logo database error & not letting me continue saved careers

So I am having 2 issues. It started with the game telling me that my saved standard career was corrupted and would not load. It then got worse by giving me a database error that has something to do with the team logos. This error won't let me even start up any mode now. Any suggestions?

Are you using any custom logos or downloaded logos, or just the logos that come with the game?

You might not have write permission in the folder you installed the game to. Can you try running the game in admin mode and see if that changes anything? Before doing that, I'd recommend a system restart as well, if you haven't done so lately.

I have restarted my system several times, have tried to run in admin mode, and tried to uninstall and reinstall and it is still giving me this logo error.
