OOTP17 Licence Help (havent used in a year)

I sent a email to OOTP but have not recieved a response. I am wondering if this here will be easier.

I bought OOTP17 last spring. I used it some but would like to use it now. I dont have the laptop I had it downloaded on and cant seem to locate the email from the purchase.

Is there any way to use this game again or am I out of luck?

You can play but you need to get the License Number for your purchase. There is a Moderator here with information in his sig I cannot remember who it is though.
I am assuming a non Steam purchase?

Anyway we can get a Sticky thread about licenses in the 18 general forums? I see license threads pop up enough that I think it would be useful.

I hear you, but there's not even anything to really put into a sticky, the post would just tell them to fill out a support ticket
